Who?
Claybrook Consulting, a woman-owned business, was founded in the spring of 2023 by Marie Candelora and Chris Gauvin. Using their experience as former leaders of a home care agency, Marie and Chris decided to create solutions to help elevate business leaders and their companies.
What?
We are a Consulting and Executive Coaching agency, ready to help you elevate your leadership and your business. While we are offering Executive Coaching in all industries, currently, our Consulting Services are only available in the home care industry, as we have over 30 years of combined experience in the field.
Where?
Simply put: anywhere! All of our services can be provided to you virtually via Zoom. Our home-base is in Rochester, New York and we are happy to meet with you in-person if you are in the Western New York area.
